Secure Off-site Shredding Specialists

DGD Shredding’s off-site shredding service is where we collect your confidential material in a secure vehicle and shred it in our off-site specialist destruction centre.

We can provide a range of secure lockable receptacles before collection. This is pre-scheduled to suit your needs. All off-site shredding collections are shredded the same day as collection on return to the DGD Shredding destruction centre. We provide certificates of destruction for all shredding activities.

DGD Shredding offers specialist shredding services for paper, IT equipment, hard drives, electronic media, branded products or uniforms throughout all of Ireland. Subsequently, we can cater for both small and large shredding requirements and is a secure, reliable, cost-effective solution for your business.

All data is destroyed to the highest industry standard and procedures are carried out under EN15713 secure destruction of confidential data code of practice.

With a secure fleet of over 25 vehicles, we have the resources to cater to each county in Ireland in an efficient, timely manner. Our fleet can cater to various quantities of material. All vehicles used by DGD Shredding are branded & fitted with GPS tracking for added security.

DGD Shredding assures secure and certified confidential material shredding, in line with EU regulations in an environmentally responsible way.

Certificate of Destruction - GDPR Compliant

You will receive a Certificate of Destruction for your records once the off-site shredding is finished. This certificate serves as proof that your documents have been securely destroyed in compliance with legal requirements. It includes important details such as the date and time of destruction, providing you with peace of mind regarding the confidentiality of your information.

100% paper is recycled

100% of Paper, Cardboard and metal is recycled. Shredded paper is baled and then sent to a paper mill where it is recycled into tissue products such as toilet paper, kitchen roll and feminine hygiene products. We aim to recycle all the materials we handle. However, where materials cannot be recycled, they are sent for waste-to-energy processes.
